This is a known side effect of system upgrades. An admin user can restore the previous layout:
Go to the Admin menu.
Select Studio.
Choose the module in question.
Select Layouts.
Click **Record View**.
Select View History - You will see a list of layouts with timestamps as to when they were set. Find the one from before your upgrade that matches what you require and select Restore.
Click **Save & Deploy**.
