Unfortunately this is a known side effect to upgrades of the system. If this has happened then have one of your admin users do the following
Go to the Admin menu
Select Studio
Choose the module in question
Select Layouts
Click on Record View
Select View History - You will see a list of layouts with timestamps as to when they were set. Find the one from before your upgrade that matches what you require and select Restore
Click on Save & Deploy
