Error - 'Cross site request forgery...'

This is a sugar bug that is caused by performing certain tasks, the two main tasks that cause this issue are:

  • Making changes in studio

  • Attaching documents in the Documents module


The chances of this bug occurring are increased by having two tabs open on the site. Please close any extra tabs and try again.

if this has not fixed the issue a repair and rebuild will need to be ran. Please see the following Get support in Access CRM.
