Error: 'Failed to load PDF document' when opening a merged document

This appears to be an issue with any ampersand that is in a string being pulled into the document, which is a known Sugar bug and will be resolved in a future release.

Ensure no fields being merged include an ampersand (**&**). This includes drop-down fields such as Product Category and Product Types in the Quotes module.

If this does not resolve the issue, contact support via Get support in Access CRM.
