Microsoft is removing basic authentication for email services, including the IMAP protocol used in CRM. This means Group Mailbox Accounts and inbound email will stop working when basic authentication is removed from your AD or Azure tenant. Administrators can configure the Microsoft connector:
Click **Admin**, then click **Connectors**.
This allows Sugar to connect to the Microsoft API Services via OAuth2 to send outbound emails and receive inbound emails. This article covers the administrator's configuration of the Microsoft connector which must be completed before you can configure the email settings in CRM for Exchange Online.
