Restoring or deleting records

If you would like to delete a record such as a contact, bear in mind the relationship the contact has with records with past calls, meetings etc. will be lost. Restoring the contact will not get that record back.

​To delete multiple records from the list view follow the below steps

  1. Navigate to the modules list view that you want to delete the records from

  2. Create a filter for the list view to display the records you want to delete

  3. Click the check box in the left corner to select the top 20 records

  4. Click the Select all records in the result set to select all the records returned by the filter

  5. Click the drop down arrow next to the check box

  6. Click Delete

Note: For mass restorations of records this may require consultancy to restore records from a backup
