Reindex the Global Search

To re-index the Global Search follow the below steps:

  1. Log in to CRM as an Admin user

  2. Click your Profile icon and select Admin

  3. Within the Administration tab, click Search

  4. Click Schedule System Index

  5. Choose all or specific modules

  6. Click Delete Existing Data

  7. Click Index

Note: This may take a few minutes to complete depending on the amount of data
