Deactivate a user through Evo

To deactivate a user in CRM, first remove their CRM permissions in the Members screen of Access Evo. Removing CRM permissions is what marks the user as Inactive in CRM — deactivating in Evo alone won't do this. Follow these steps to deactivate the user in Evo:

  1. Click **Members**, then use the search bar to search for the employee to be deactivated.

  2. Next to their name, click Show member actions and select Deactivate.
