Mobile app not syncing

Please ensure your mobile is connected to the internet. Setting it to offline mode will allow you to continue to work as normal in connection cold spots.

When Sugar Mobile is offline enabled the Main Menu includes an Offline Settings option that includes an offline status indicator, Always Offline mode, a transaction log, and an Offline Records screen with download settings and offline record counts.

To enable/disable offline mode:

  1. Tap Offline Settings from the Main Menu

  2. Toggle Always Offline Mode so that the slider bar is not showing as green

To view transactions pending and failed transactions between Sugar Mobile and CRM:

  1. Tap Offline Settings from the Main Menu.

  2. Tap Transaction Log
