Changes to the design of your templates sometimes have unintended consequences. Please discuss internally and find out when and what changes have been made. Below is an example of changes that can cause issues.
Replacing {$fields.products.mft_part_num} with {$fields.products.name} will mean that any notes on a quote will show in the product name column as well as the description column.
mft_part_number will only show actual part numbers.
