In v12 Sugar altered their PDF generation engine away from the Microsoft PDF generation engine. There may be some formatting that it doesn't like within the table that you have created. Remove the element that is formatting incorrectly and re add a bit at a time, ensuring that you get a successful Merge as you are building your template
