We are running the Outlook 365 and the Access CRM Plug-in for Outlook and when we try send and receive, Outlook disconnects from the server and becomes unresponsive

The Outlook plugin (OPI), requires the semi-annual update channel (see side note #1 in "Plug-ins Supported Platforms" below).

Please downgrade the Outlook version to the current semi-annual version and see if that resolves the issue.
