If you are running a scheduled report that is sending at the wrong time then it is likely the "Run Report Generation Scheduled Tasks" scheduled job is not set to run as often. You can ask an Admin to go into Scheduler and edit that scheduled job to run every 1 hour.
Go to Admin
Click on Scheduler
Search for "Run Report"
Go into it and click Edit
If checked, uncheck Advanced Options
Change the dropdown to every 1 hour
Click Save
You can also check that any scheduled job that is not working is Active, you can edit this in the same Edit screen.
