Please be aware that some scheduled jobs may take longer to run than others, It may be that the job has just ran before you have sent the record up so therefore you now have to wait the full duration of the interval. Once you have given ample time (usually 10-15 minutes) for the job to run and the record still doesn't show, please see the following Get support in Access CRM and reference the title of this article.
