When a new user is created in Access Workspace and CRM access is granted, they may receive an invalid credentials error if they try to sign in straight away. This is normal — replication between Access Workspace and CRM can take up to 30 minutes on some sites. Wait between 15 and 30 minutes before the new user attempts to sign in.
